The guys were absolutely brilliant they put it in situ and what amazed me more than anything they took all the packaging and rubbish away with them!!!!!! No trip to the tip for me today!!!! I cannot say how delighted I was with the service. Would definitely recommend this company. They have restored my faith CUSTOMER SERVICE in the UK does exist.!!!!!

My washer broke last night . This morning I phoned direct discount as soon as they opened this morning and ordered a washer I had seen on their website
I asked if there was any way it could be delivered today
The man was extremely helpful, he phoned the delivery guys who said there was no problem and they would deliver after 2pm this afternoon
When they arrived they removed my old broken washer and within minutes had my new washer installed and ready to go

Mark Bravington29/07/20Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. Phoned the store 9.00am Monday to ask about installation. By 2.30pm the same day we had a new installed working oven. Thank you for a fast friendly service.

Paul Hinchliff10/02/15Fabulous customer service. Bought a new cooker and hob and after a week they stopped working. Phoned the shop and someone came out the same day to check the appliances. They couldn’t be fixed there and then (thought to be due to a power surge) , new replacements were arranged, delivered and fit the next day. Will recommend the shop to family and friends and definitely use again. Many thanks

William25/09/18Unfortunately for personal reasons we had to cancel the order. Direct Discounts staff were very helpful and understanding. The order had not shipped, so the process was quick and painless. They refunded the payment on the same day. Cannot fault them, and will certainly consider buying from them when the opportunity arises.

Just had new washer dryer delivered. Great customer service in store staff very helpful even came over to wicks with us to select cap for water (you wouldn't get that at currys). Free delivery, free removal of old machine and free fitting. Delivery guys also very efficient and helpful. This is our 2nd purchase from them in the last three months and very happy with choices available, price and customer service.

Deborah Sargent28/07/18My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. (which I do if anyone is looking)

I first used these guys 20 years ago after they were recommended by Lamont Kitchens.
I have had quite a few appliances since for family members etc.
20 years on, having a new kitchen and I wanted all gas again. 2 ovens and a hob.
They even stored the parcel until we were ready to fit them. Excellent service.
A genuinely lovely bunch of people.
