Yesterday I made a purchase through the web and the emailed me back confirming the payment and the delivery date, due for tomorrow. However, they rang me today to check if I could receive the parcel today instead and 2 hours later my item was at home, delivered by the nicest courier. My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). WOW!!!!!!! Just had my new fridge/freezer delivered that I purchased at the Oldham Store. The guys were absolutely brilliant they put it in situ and what amazed me more than anything they took all the packaging and rubbish away with them!!!!!! No trip to the tip for me today!!!!
