However, they rang me today to check if I could receive the parcel today instead and 2 hours later my item was at home, delivered by the nicest courier. Congratulations, very good customer service, quick and efficient. Definitely I´ll repeat!

Brilliant service from them bought a fridge freezer Saturday delivered Monday. Turned out to be a fault on it was swapped straight away. I'm very happy.
My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately for personal reasons we had to cancel the order. Direct Discounts staff were very helpful and understanding. The order had not shipped, so the process was quick and painless. They refunded the payment on the same day. Cannot fault them, and will certainly consider buying from them when the opportunity arises.

WOW!!!!!!! Just had my new fridge/freezer delivered that I purchased at the Oldham Store. The guys were absolutely brilliant they put it in situ and what amazed me more than anything they took all the packaging and rubbish away with them!!!!!! No trip to the tip for me today!!!! I cannot say how delighted I was with the service. Would definitely recommend this company. They have restored my faith CUSTOMER SERVICE in the UK does exist.!!!!!

Excellent service and extremely prompt delivery. Called after work on a Friday eve to look at washing machines. Very helpful. It was just before 5pm and they said somebody would be out the next day with it. Fully installed and working the following day. Amazing!!! Highly recommend and also cheaper than other places I'd looked at.

Dryer packed up this week, called yo Huddersfield store at 11am and I've just got a load tumbling in my new machine! Granted we collected but excellent service and price. Much friendlier than shopping online
Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. Phoned the store 9.00am Monday to ask about installation. By 2.30pm the same day we had a new installed working oven. Thank you for a fast friendly service.
Ordered a Bosch washer on Sunday 17 May and it was delivered the following day and £70 cheaper than any other place I could find. Very impressed with this company - highly recommended.
