They refunded the payment on the same day. Cannot fault them, and will certainly consider buying from them when the opportunity arises.

Very happy with the service and quality of goods. Installed my new washer and took away the old one. After 5 years the washer is still running like new.

Brilliant service from them bought a fridge freezer Saturday delivered Monday. Turned out to be a fault on it was swapped straight away. I'm very happy.

Brilliant service , phoned dinner time on a Saturday to check stock of a built in oven and they didn’t have it but arranged for one to be available to collect the next day.on arrival oven waiting for me and the guy in the shop was very friendly.Oven all fitted and it’s perfect! Used the store in Oldham for the first time last month to purchase a wine cooler. Great service from staff & product bought. unfortunately the appliance did not work properly and we called the shop for advice. John could not be more helpful. Told us to bring product back to swap. We didn't need the box (as lots of other companies insist upon). John even plugged a new cooler in at the shop to ensure it worked correctly before we went back. We swapped the cooler without any fuss or quibble and now have a fully working appliance. Thank you to the staff for excellent customer service. We will be back in the future and recommend the store to others.

Direct Discounts are the best local firm for household items. The service is no nonsense and friendly. Staff can't do enough for you. Sadly we had to cancel our last purchase (not the fault of direct discounts) out units weren't made correctly but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and they are my first place I look when household items are needed. Fantastic staff and company

Absolutely fabulous service, ordered Wed's delivered and installed Friday, on time, the electrician was amazing couldn't believe how quick he was. Will not be buying any new appliances from anywhere else. Staff in shop were great as well. We'll done for this great customer service.
