Just had new washer dryer delivered. Great customer service in store staff very helpful even came over to wicks with us to select cap for water (you wouldn't get that at currys). Free delivery, free removal of old machine and free fitting. Delivery guys also very efficient and helpful. This is our 2nd purchase from them in the last three months and very happy with choices available, price and customer service.

Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. I first used these guys 20 years ago after they were recommended by Lamont Kitchens.
I have had quite a few appliances since for family members etc.
20 years on, having a new kitchen and I wanted all gas again. 2 ovens and a hob.
They even stored the parcel until we were ready to fit them. Excellent service.

Don't go anywhere else. The prices are great and the service is unbeatable. I ordered my new washing machine at 4:50 I'm on Tuesday and it was delivered and fitted by 10:45 the following morning. The delivery chaps were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The old washer and packaging was removed free of charge too. I can't recommend this company highly enough and have bought my household appliances from them since my mother recommended them to me.

My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did).
