My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. My washer broke last night . This morning I phoned direct discount as soon as they opened this morning and ordered a washer I had seen on their website

The man was extremely helpful, he phoned the delivery guys who said there was no problem and they would deliver after 2pm this afternoon
