Bosch WKD28351GB Integrated Washer Dryer

My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. (which I do if anyone is looking)

Great store but 30 quid to take your old freezer a but steep

Had a fridge freezer delivered 2years ago and it's been brilliant and had my new washer delivered on Thursday I'm really happy with it! The take your old one away and install your new one for you it's a great service! Would recommend to anyone

Used the store in Oldham for the first time last month to purchase a wine cooler. Great service from staff & product bought. unfortunately the appliance did not work properly and we called the shop for advice. John could not be more helpful. Told us to bring product back to swap. We didn't need the box (as lots of other companies insist upon). John even plugged a new cooler in at the shop to ensure it worked correctly before we went back. We swapped the cooler without any fuss or quibble and now have a fully working appliance. Thank you to the staff for excellent customer service. We will be back in the future and recommend the store to others.

WOW!!!!!!! Just had my new fridge/freezer delivered that I purchased at the Oldham Store. The guys were absolutely brilliant they put it in situ and what amazed me more than anything they took all the packaging and rubbish away with them!!!!!! No trip to the tip for me today!!!! I cannot say how delighted I was with the service. Would definitely recommend this company. They have restored my faith CUSTOMER SERVICE in the UK does exist.!!!!!

Bought three appliances. We chose wrong size for one of them. No problem at all they came and collected and allowed us to swap it. Brilliant.

Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. Phoned the store 9.00am Monday to ask about installation. By 2.30pm the same day we had a new installed working oven. Thank you for a fast friendly service.

Bought a new washer, Friday dinner time & Saturday dinner the guys had installed it & took away my old machine. Very efficient & friendly.

Don't go anywhere else. The prices are great and the service is unbeatable. I ordered my new washing machine at 4:50 I'm on Tuesday and it was delivered and fitted by 10:45 the following morning. The delivery chaps were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The old washer and packaging was removed free of charge too. I can't recommend this company highly enough and have bought my household appliances from them since my mother recommended them to me.

Dryer packed up this week, called yo Huddersfield store at 11am and I've just got a load tumbling in my new machine! Granted we collected but excellent service and price. Much friendlier than shopping online

Yesterday I made a purchase through the web and the emailed me back confirming the payment and the delivery date, due for tomorrow. However, they rang me today to check if I could receive the parcel today instead and 2 hours later my item was at home, delivered by the nicest courier. Congratulations, very good customer service, quick and efficient. Definitely I´ll repeat!
