Just had new washer dryer delivered. Great customer service in store staff very helpful even came over to wicks with us to select cap for water (you wouldn't get that at currys). Free delivery, free removal of old machine and free fitting. Delivery guys also very efficient and helpful. This is our 2nd purchase from them in the last three months and very happy with choices available, price and customer service.

Brilliant shop and very helpful staff. I rang for a chest freezer on monday and got it on tuesday, super polite salesman and excellent telephone manner. Very happy with the whole service and I'll definitely be returning next time I need to replace any appliances.

Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. Phoned the store 9.00am Monday to ask about installation. By 2.30pm the same day we had a new installed working oven. Thank you for a fast friendly service.

First time I have used Direct Discounts., it certainly will not be the last, products easy to order with super quick delivery times, our order was slightly delayed due to traffic problems, however they let me know, will definitely be using again, thank you.

Found what we wanted, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, quick delivery times. Staff wearing ppe, social distancing encouraged and adhered to, customers required to wear face coverings . All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Direct Discounts are the best local firm for household items. The service is no nonsense and friendly. Staff can't do enough for you. Sadly we had to cancel our last purchase (not the fault of direct discounts) out units weren't made correctly but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and they are my first place I look when household items are needed. Needed a new oven. Got one. Good price. Good advice.

Fabulous customer service. Bought a new cooker and hob and after a week they stopped working. Phoned the shop and someone came out the same day to check the appliances. They couldn’t be fixed there and then (thought to be due to a power surge) , new replacements were arranged, delivered and fit the next day. Will recommend the shop to family and friends and definitely use again. Many thanks

Excellent service and extremely prompt delivery. Called after work on a Friday eve to look at washing machines. Very helpful. It was just before 5pm and they said somebody would be out the next day with it. Fully installed and working the following day. Amazing!!! Highly recommend and also cheaper than other places I'd looked at.
