Amazing customer service. Bought a dishwasher yesterday which leaked. Chap came this morning and it turned out to be our plumbing. He even offered to come back and fit the part when we got one. I have used this company for about 28 years and they have always been helpful and polite

Excellent service from a local company - far better than the major retailers I tried. Next day delivery, and helpful drivers took the appliance up to the 2nd floor with no issues at all.

Just got a new washer as my old one gaveup. Next day delivery and took old one away. Really good price highly recommend also free delivery. Life savers can’t cope without a washer.

Rang them to order a new washing machine. Staff member pleasant and helpful. He suggested one that does exactly the same for £30 less, and not only are they delivering it on Monday, they're taking away the old one for free.
