- Rang them to order a new washing machine. Staff member pleasant and helpful. He suggested one that does exactly the same for £30 less, and not only are they delivering it on Monday, they're taking away the old one for free.

- Dealt with Dan today at the Oldham branch and he was just amazing! I wanted a Beko large freezer which seemed to be out of stock almost everywhere in the UK. Not only did Direct Discounts have (the last!) one in the showroom, Dan was happy to reverse the door opening for me before delivery. Free 2 man delivery as well as a really good price - all on offer here. I don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere else! I’m extremely impressed by the superb, friendly service from this company. Beverly Hill3 years agoMy dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. - My washer broke last night . This morning I phoned direct discount as soon as they opened this morning and ordered a washer I had seen on their website
I asked if there was any way it could be delivered today
The man was extremely helpful, he phoned the delivery guys who said there was no problem and they would deliver after 2pm this afternoon
When they arrived they removed my old broken washer and within minutes had my new washer installed and ready to go
