He even offered to come back and fit the part when we got one. I have used this company for about 28 years and they have always been helpful and polite

Andrew marsden3 years agoJust got a new washer as my old one gaveup. Next day delivery and took old one away. Really good price highly recommend also free delivery. Life savers can’t cope without a washer.
Billiejo Potter3 years ago - Rang them to order a new washing machine. Staff member pleasant and helpful. He suggested one that does exactly the same for £30 less, and not only are they delivering it on Monday, they're taking away the old one for free.
Can't fault them so far 😊👍
Martin Joseph O'Connor3 years agoSuperb service. Dishwasher broke and within 24 hours Direct Discounts arranged for a new machine to be delivered and expertly fitted by Jimmy. I couldn't recommend them enough if you want honest, value for money and reliable service.

andrew finch3 years agoBought a dishwasher from the Huddersfield branch. Super helpful and honest reviews. Took old appliance away, fitted new dishwasher despite needing an awkward extension and removed rubbish.
Would be happy to shop here again.

Lynn Munton3 years agoBrilliant shop and very helpful staff. I rang for a chest freezer on monday and got it on tuesday, super polite salesman and excellent telephone manner. Very happy with the whole service and I'll definitely be returning next time I need to replace any appliances.

andrew shaw3 years ago - Dealt with Dan today at the Oldham branch and he was just amazing! I wanted a Beko large freezer which seemed to be out of stock almost everywhere in the UK. Not only did Direct Discounts have (the last!) one in the showroom, Dan was happy to reverse the door opening for me before delivery. Free 2 man delivery as well as a really good price - all on offer here. I don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere else! I’m extremely impressed by the superb, friendly service from this company. Well done Direct Discounts!

David Leigh3 years agoYesterday I made a purchase through the web and the emailed me back confirming the payment and the delivery date, due for tomorrow. However, they rang me today to check if I could receive the parcel today instead and 2 hours later my item was at home, delivered by the nicest courier. Congratulations, very good customer service, quick and efficient. Definitely I´ll repeat!

Beverly Hill3 years agoMy dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. (which I do if anyone is looking)

New one ordered Saturday and arrived as promised today (Monday) Competitive pricing with free delivery and old machine taken away for free. Really appreciate the great customer service during difficult times dealing with Covid-19 restrictions. Would definitely use this Company again.

rhys4 years ago - Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. Phoned the store 9.00am Monday to ask about installation. By 2.30pm the same day we had a new installed working oven. Thank you for a fast friendly service.

Nicola Basnett4 years agoWOW!!!!!!! Just had my new fridge/freezer delivered that I purchased at the Oldham Store. The guys were absolutely brilliant they put it in situ and what amazed me more than anything they took all the packaging and rubbish away with them!!!!!! No trip to the tip for me today!!!! I cannot say how delighted I was with the service. Would definitely recommend this company. They have restored my faith CUSTOMER SERVICE in the UK does exist.!!!!!
Janet Birchwood4 years ago - My washer broke last night . This morning I phoned direct discount as soon as they opened this morning and ordered a washer I had seen on their website
I asked if there was any way it could be delivered today
The man was extremely helpful, he phoned the delivery guys who said there was no problem and they would deliver after 2pm this afternoon
When they arrived they removed my old broken washer and within minutes had my new washer installed and ready to go
