Fabulous customer service. Bought a new cooker and hob and after a week they stopped working. Phoned the shop and someone came out the same day to check the appliances. They couldn’t be fixed there and then (thought to be due to a power surge) , new replacements were arranged, delivered and fit the next day. Will recommend the shop to family and friends and definitely use again. Many thanks

Our washing machine broke on Friday. New one ordered Saturday and arrived as promised today (Monday) Competitive pricing with free delivery and old machine taken away for free. Really appreciate the great customer service during difficult times dealing with Covid-19 restrictions. Would definitely use this Company again.
Christine Corker06/04/20Unfortunately for personal reasons we had to cancel the order. Direct Discounts staff were very helpful and understanding. The order had not shipped, so the process was quick and painless. They refunded the payment on the same day. Cannot fault them, and will certainly consider buying from them when the opportunity arises.

Bought three appliances. We chose wrong size for one of them. No problem at all they came and collected and allowed us to swap it. Brilliant.

Paul Hinchliff10/02/15My dryer decided to die on me, I found the one I wanted online but they didn’t have it in store to get it straight away but the guy in the phone said he’d check at the warehouse and Hager back to us straight away (which he did). We ordered it on Saturday an it came today! I would just like to say thank you very much, I’ve never had a problem with the services and I would definitely recommend. (which I do if anyone is looking)

Had a fridge freezer delivered 2years ago and it's been brilliant and had my new washer delivered on Thursday I'm really happy with it! The take your old one away and install your new one for you it's a great service! Would recommend to anyone

Michael Howe04/07/20Used the store in Oldham for the first time last month to purchase a wine cooler. Great service from staff & product bought. unfortunately the appliance did not work properly and we called the shop for advice. John could not be more helpful. Told us to bring product back to swap. We didn't need the box (as lots of other companies insist upon). John even plugged a new cooler in at the shop to ensure it worked correctly before we went back. We swapped the cooler without any fuss or quibble and now have a fully working appliance. Thank you to the staff for excellent customer service. We will be back in the future and recommend the store to others.
Julie Young03/08/15Excellent service and extremely prompt delivery. Called after work on a Friday eve to look at washing machines. Very helpful. It was just before 5pm and they said somebody would be out the next day with it. Fully installed and working the following day. Amazing!!! Highly recommend and also cheaper than other places I'd looked at.

I have had quite a few appliances since for family members etc.
20 years on, having a new kitchen and I wanted all gas again. 2 ovens and a hob.
They even stored the parcel until we were ready to fit them. Excellent service.
A genuinely lovely bunch of people.

William25/09/18Fantastic service. Our oven broke down late Sunday 22nd December. I was starting to think that my turkey wasn't going to be for Christmas day. We placed a order on line that night. Phoned the store 9.00am Monday to ask about installation. By 2.30pm the same day we had a new installed working oven. Thank you for a fast friendly service.

Don't go anywhere else. The prices are great and the service is unbeatable. I ordered my new washing machine at 4:50 I'm on Tuesday and it was delivered and fitted by 10:45 the following morning. The delivery chaps were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The old washer and packaging was removed free of charge too. I can't recommend this company highly enough and have bought my household appliances from them since my mother recommended them to me.

However, they rang me today to check if I could receive the parcel today instead and 2 hours later my item was at home, delivered by the nicest courier. Congratulations, very good customer service, quick and efficient. Definitely I´ll repeat!

Brilliant service , phoned dinner time on a Saturday to check stock of a built in oven and they didn’t have it but arranged for one to be available to collect the next day.on arrival oven waiting for me and the guy in the shop was very friendly.Oven all fitted and it’s perfect! Highly recommend this company for price and customer service...thank you 😀

Just had new washer dryer delivered. Great customer service in store staff very helpful even came over to wicks with us to select cap for water (you wouldn't get that at currys). Free delivery, free removal of old machine and free fitting. Delivery guys also very efficient and helpful. This is our 2nd purchase from them in the last three months and very happy with choices available, price and customer service.
